This quote is the motivational quote of the day. In my opinion this quotes means that it takes strong will-power to be who you are and show people the real you. For example, some people change to fit in with the "in crowd" and forget about the real person deep down. A strong, high courageous person will not be afraid to be himself in front of anyone. This is a good quality to have but also the hardest because everyone wants to fit in.
