Today was a good day for this blog entry. I actually had some mentor drama today that had to get taken care of. This was a very serious and confidential matter and I believe the three other mentors and I took the siutation at hand very adult like. It took a lot out of me to really listen to other peoples' stories and their side of the whole situation. But by the time they were done I really did understand what was going on and why things have been the way thye were. I am glad that the other three mentors and I could sit down in a room alone and discuss important issues. It is going to make class much easier and make it more fun for us and our freshmen.

Good deeds and maturity.

Funny, my blog relates to this! I said the same stuff, we should of focused on teaching ourself teamwork instead of the freshmen. Thankfully, in the end it worked out and we are all a happy family again. :)
